SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing company in the Plano, TX area looking to hire a skilled Real Estate Data Entry Specialist. Candidates must have excellent typing and data entry skills as this is a very fast-paced high-volume position. This is an onsite role.
This is an immediate need and pay is $17.00/hr-$18.00/hr. The position is permanent upon hire.
Candidates who have mortgage or banking experience will be given priority consideration.
Real Estate Data Entry Specialist:
This position performs administrative duties for a busy real estate company. The individual will type correspondence, maintain files, and gather information to prepare various periodic reports. The candidate will also type labels for overnight packages. Typing speed of 60+wpm is required.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates who have worked for a real estate firm, bank, title company, or mortgage company will be given priority consideration.
Qualified candidates should possess administrative skills including excellent typing/data entry skills. Computer knowledge is required, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.

- 1-2 years of professional office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college a plus)
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to pass a background check
