SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Banking, and Customer Service industries. Our national real estate services company, which has an office in Plano, is hiring an Escrow Customer Service Liaison for their operations.
Candidates will be the coordinator between many parties and will be responsible for follow up, follow-through, and acting as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing client concerns, and facilitating smooth transactions in the real estate closing process. The candidate will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and provide clients with the best possible experience. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience working in the title insurance industry preferably as an Escrow Assistant.
THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION--NO SALES INVOLVED.
Salary range is $23.00-$25.00/hr. and this is a Direct Hire position.
-Candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working with a title insurance company preferably as an Escrow Assistant. Candidates that have similar experience in the mortgage industry may be considered.
-Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Resware experience is also desired.
-Ability to communicate effectively via phone with clients and management team/

4 Year college degree preferred
Superior communication skills
Excellent computer skills
2-3 years of experience working for a title/escrow company and an understanding of the real estate closing process.
