National Recording Specialist/Post Closer- Plano,TX PERM

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Financial, and Customer Service industries. Our client, a growing national title company, is looking for an experienced National Recording Specialist/Recording Officer with 2 plus years of recent Post Closing/Recording experience to join their team and work in their Plano, TX office. The candidate must have recent experience working for a title/escrow company or law firm in this role. Multi-State experience is ideal.

This is a permanent position upon hire and NOT TEMP

Salary commensurate with experience but should range from $45,000-$50,000/yr.

Candidates should have experience working as a Recording Specialist or Title Post Closer. Responsibilities include recording closed lender packages and scanning packages into the system. Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle large volumes of files, and have high attention to detail. Good typing/data entry skills are a must and candidates must have experience following up on recordings and preparing recording reports for management.
