National Commercial Title Insurance Underwriter- REMOTE

We are seeking an individual that is dedicated and hard-working for this permanent position. Qualified candidates will have the proven ability to clear, underwrite, and close large commercial transactions. The candidate will have to manage a high-volume workload and possess the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.

Job Duties for Commercial Title Underwriter:

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in providing commercial real estate expertise. The candidate will have professional communication with attorneys, clients, title insurance companies, government officials, and closing agents across the US. The candidate will be reviewing title and survey due-diligence matters, drafting and reviewing real estate sale and purchase contracts, closing documents, and coordinating purchase and sale closings.

The ability to clear title issues and the ability to prepare all Closing Documents and Settlement Statements is required.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 5-7 years of commercial title experience. Real Estate attorneys with this experience will earn higher pay but our client is open to experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegals who are ready to take their career to the next level.
