SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Legal, and Mortgage industry. We have a growing national title agency with an office in the Plano, Texas area looking to hire an experienced Escrow Vendor Manager for a full-time permanent role.
Pay range is: $45,000-$60,000/yr. Depends on level of experience.
Escrow Vendor Manager Job Duties:
Responsible for managing relationships with specific abstractors and serving as the main point of contact
Responsible for managing the offshore team serving as the main point of contact for escalations
Trained all new staff members and ensured existing staff members were trained with the latest state-by-state requirements
Assisted with preparing job aids and training materials for the offshore team
Assigned and tracked all title order request
Assumed responsibility for all assigned orders from inception to completion
Instructed and counseled abstractors
Provided support to the organization for problems with vendor products and services
Developed and maintained relationships with abstractors
Maintained daily reports and SLA’s
