SetPoint Consultants is a national staffing agency specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Banking industries. We are recruiting for an experienced Sr. Regional Operations Manager for a growing Texas title company who will manage multiple branch operations in the Dallas/San Antonio, and Austin/Houston areas of Texas.
Candidate must have 7 plus years of current title industry experience and also have managed a successful region in recent times. Candidate must be a Licensed Escrow Officer in the state of Texas.
The candidate will travel to offices around the state and review branch production. The candidate will also manage, mentor, and train all staff. Candidate will be based at one of the offices but must be able to travel as needed, sometimes being away 3-5 days at a time.
We are searching for an energetic, customer service-driven title professional who will help mentor the staff and focus on delivering top-notch service to their clients. The candidate will be very visible to clients and be accessible as needed. Weekly meetings with the executive management team to discuss budgets, revenue, and market conditions will also be required.
Salary is up to $175K plus bonuses

7+years of title/escrow management experience
